How-to Split "Single Values"

It begins with your List, Table or Subtotaled Data.

Click "Single Values" on the EZ-Split Ribbon
to create multiple worksheets each containing data for only a single value.

Select the "Field" containing the Data to be used for Splitting

Select Field to Split By



  Select "Values" to Split Individually.
 

  Optionally check "Email after Split" to immediately email the Split Workbooks.
 

  Check "Separate Workbook for Each Value" if "emailing" or "to create multiple workbooks each containing only one split value".
 

    OR  

  Uncheck "Separate Workbook for Each Value" if "not emailing" and "to create one workbook containing a separate tab for each split value".
 

  Click "Split Now" to Split the Data.

How-to Split "Multiple Values"

It begins with your List, Table or Subtotaled Data.

When Splitting "Multiple Values" the "List", "Table" or "Fixed Subtotaled Data" must begin in cell A1.

Split Subtotaled Data for CA



Click "Multiple Values" on the EZ-Split Ribbon
to create one worksheet containing the data for all selected values.

Select the "Field" containing the Data to be used for Splitting

Select Field to Split By



  Select "Values" to Split as a Group.
 

  Check "Original Order" to prevent sorting by the selected "Split" field.
 

  Check "Exclude Values" if the checked values are NOT to be "Split", but rather it is the unchecked values that are to be "Split".
 

  Click "OK" to Split the Data.
