All of our add-ins are virus and spyware free. They are tested with Norton, McAfee and ESET's NOD32. They are uploaded to CNET download.com which also tests them before making them live. If your virus protection software reported a problem with an add-in for Excel, please send us an email with the "Name" and "Version" of the virus protection software and the name of the "add-in for Excel" with the error.
We will test the software and contact the virus protection software manufacturer.
We will send you an email once the manufacturer has updated their software.
Note: When installing add-ins for use with Excel 2007 on Window XP (SP3) or Windows Vista install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
Use "Add/Remove Programs" or "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel to determine if .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is installed.
Note: To install the add-in Ribbon Tabs for EZ-Format, EZ-Split, EZ-Stat, EZ-Subtotal, EZ-GP and Xcelerator for use with Excel 2007 on Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista and Window 7 install the Visual Studio Tools for the Office system 3.0 Runtime.
Use "Add/Remove Programs" or "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel to determine if Visual Studio Tools for the Office system 3.0 Runtime is installed.
Note: When installing add-ins for use with Excel 2007 / Excel 2010 or for use on Windows Vista / Windows 7 you may receive a Windows message that the software did not install properly. This is typically incorrect and you should click "Software installed properly" in the Windows message box.
Note: If you are having problems installing the add-ins for use with Excel 2007 / Excel 2010 on Windows Vista or Windows 7 please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem. Please include your phone number if you would like telephone support in addition to email support.

Before reporting a problem please download and install the latest version of the software. Use the "Download Latest Version" option on the product's menu from within Excel to download updates. You can also download the latest version using the "Downloads" menu at the top of this web page.
You can also check the "Downloads" web page for the date of the most recent update.
The latest updates are not always available on CNET download.com. The latest updates are always available using the download links on our web pages.
If you have not updated the software since the date shown on the "Downloads" web page you are not using the latest version.
Downloading the software from the "Downloads" web page ensures that you have the latest version.
Re-installing the software over an existing installation updates the software without over-writing user preferences or customizations.
Never un-install the software prior to installing updates or you will lose all user preferences and customizations.

Instructions for capturing screens
- Open a blank Microsoft Word document
- On the File menu >> Page Setup option >> Margins Tab change Orientation to Landscape
- On the File menu >> Page Setup option >> Margins Tab change all Margins to 0.5"
- Use Alt Key + Print Scrn key combination to capture the active Window
The active window is the only window with a dark blue Title bar
- Use only the Print Scrn key to capture the entire screen
- Switch to Microsoft Word and insert images in the requested order
Please add one or two blank lines between each print screen image
Use Ctrl key + Enter key combination to insert a page break
- Use Ctrl key + V key combination to paste print screen into Microsoft Word document
